1Who is responsible

This site is operated by MustaBey Çiftliği (“MustaBey Farms”, “we”), Koyuncular Mah. 1280 Sok. No:132, Bozdoğan / Aydın, Türkiye. We decide why and how the personal data described here is processed, which makes us the controller for it.

2What we collect, and why

We collect only what the enquiry form asks for: your company, your name, your business email address, an optional telephone number, your destination market and role, your preferred Incoterm, and the message you write.

We use it for one purpose — to answer your enquiry and, if it turns into business, to quote, sample and ship. We do not build marketing profiles from it and we do not send newsletters to addresses collected here.

3Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries addressed to us. Once a supply relationship begins, processing necessary to perform that contract rests on the contract itself.

Turkish law (KVKK No. 6698) applies in parallel, on the equivalent grounds. You may withdraw consent at any time; that does not affect processing already carried out.

4Cookies and measurement

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and shows no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure loading performance. Both are cookieless: they record aggregated, non-identifying signals such as the page, the referrer, the country and a coarse device type, and they do not follow visitors between sites.

5Who else sees it

Your enquiry passes through, and is stored by, a small number of providers:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and the measurement described above.
• Our email provider — the enquiry is delivered to our export mailbox and kept there like any other business correspondence.
• Freight forwarders, certifiers and customs authorities — only once an order exists, and only the details a shipment legally requires.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

6International transfer

We are established in Türkiye and our providers operate infrastructure in the European Union and the United States. Where data leaves the country it was collected in, that transfer is covered by the providers' standard contractual clauses. Sending us an enquiry necessarily involves this transfer; if that is a problem for your organisation, write to us directly by post or telephone instead.

7How long we keep it

Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted within two years of the last message. Where a commercial relationship follows, the correspondence is kept for as long as Turkish commercial and tax law requires records of the transaction — generally ten years — and then deleted.

8Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict or object to its processing, or to hand it to you in a portable format. Write to export@mustabeyfarms.com and we will answer within thirty days.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to your own supervisory authority in the EU or the UK, or to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

9Security

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiries are transmitted to our mailbox over an encrypted connection. Access to that mailbox is limited to the people who handle export enquiries. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive personal data through this form — it is a commercial enquiry channel.

10Changes

If this notice changes, the revised version appears here with a new date at the top. We do not notify past correspondents of editorial changes, but a change that materially affects how existing enquiries are handled will be communicated directly.
